I haven't always been the plucky young(ish) man you see before you today. I know what it feels like to be low and to feel like you're not in control. Not only was my mental health in poor condition, but as a consequence I was desperately neglecting my body. I was angry, miserable, and was on the verge of a serious health condition.
And now, after years of training and research, I know that stress had a huge part to play. I no longer allow myself to be held to ransom by stress and burnout, and neither should you!
A former British soldier, and now a hypnotherapist and well-being coach, I spend most of my days helping others to reach their full potential.
Stress affects how we think, how we feel, and how we connect with others, but with the right awareness and tools, it can be managed.
My vision is for people to be able to prevent unnecessary stress, handle the challenges that come their way, and recover when things get tough, so they can live and work more well-balanced, fulfilling lives.
