Well-Being in Action Workshop

No prior mental health training is required — just an openness to learn and participate.

 This interactive session provides practical tools and insights to help individuals and teams better understand and support mental well-being in the workplace.

  • Recognise signs of stress and burnout , in themselves and others
     
  • Understand some of the most common mental health issues affecting the workplace

  • Explore what really supports well-being at work and at home

First Aid for Mental Health

 My First Aid for Mental Health training is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to recognise signs of poor mental health and support others effectively.

This training is accredited against the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and delivered through First Aid Awards, a nationally recognised awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and SQA.

First Aid for Mental Health (Level Two)

 This one-day course provides learners with the knowledge and skills to recognise a range of mental health conditions, start supportive conversations, and guide people towards professional help. Participants will learn how to identify warning signs, provide initial support, and promote a positive mental health culture in the workplace or community.

Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (Level Three)

 This 2-Day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. It covers the content of the Level 2 qualification and is aimed at your nominated First Aiders for Mental Health in the workplace.

First Aid for Youth Mental Health (Level 2)

 This qualification is suitable for anyone who actively connects  with children such as parents, carers, teachers, youth group  leaders and young adults.  

Mini-Medics First Aid for Mental Health

 The Mini-Medics Mental Health session introduces children and young people to the basics of mental health and well-being in a safe, engaging way. Using age-appropriate language and activities, it helps them understand their own feelings, recognise when others might be struggling, and learn simple strategies to look after their mental health.
 

This course is designed to reduce stigma early and empower children with tools that can support their well-being for life.
